Hours: Mon.-Fri.-10a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sat.-10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 24-hour voice mail available for order request. Your call will be returned within two working days.

Payment: All credit card purchases are subject to a $2.00 per ticket handling fee, or $3.00 per order on phone orders when paid by check. Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment. The handling fee of $3.00 per order is NOT charged when you pick up your tickets at TICKETS, located at 1010 Lancaster Ave. Reading, PA (beside Threshold Rehabilitation Services).

Tickets will also be available at Sovereign Performing Arts Center and The Sovereign Center box offices; other handling fees may apply.

Discounts: Only one discount per ticket. Groups of 10 or more may receive a 10% discount. Sorry, no discounts for Ray Charles. Seniors and students with valid I.D. receive $2 off ticket price.

For Your Convenience, You May Fax Your Ticket Orders. Just fill out the order form and include your credit card information, and fax to (610) 371-8691. Your order will be processed within two working days.

Season Subscriptions will be processed in the order received. Subscriptions not renewed by September 1 will be released to new subscribers. Season renewals must be paid by September 1 to reserve current seats.

New Subscriptions will be processed beginning Sept. 8. Please enclose Self-addressed Stamped Envelope.

Single Seats: Orders for individual tickets will be processed beginning Sept. 8.

General Policy: ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Programs subject to change without notice. Recording devices and cameras are not permitted. Latecomers will be seated at the first appropriate opportunity.

Parking & Security: The parking rate is $5 (subject to change) at the Poplar and Walnut Street Garage. The Reed and Court Streets lot is also open. Highly visible, uniformed Community Service Personnel will patrol the parking areas and the streets for added safety.
